Question Unstable connection

Hello,
I am on 20 MB connection.
about 2-3 weeks ago I have upgraded to SuperHub.

It was self-installed. Everything worked, speedtest showed right speed (atleast on enthernet)

But sometimes it seems to be a bit unstable and I experiences droupouts.

I changed the channels, encryption methods and turned off IP flood detection.
Now I am thinking maybe I have problems with connection.

can you guys look at the connection menu and say if my power level are ok?

Thank you very much.

P.S. As I already have SuperHub can I upgrade to 30 MB with no extra cost?

Re: Unstable connection

Your Upstream at 58.2 is as high as it can go on a Motorola uBR and will require an engineer to fix it.

They may upgrade you now you can ask to speak to Customer Services while on the phone to Technical Support if not you may be uplifted for free in a few months.
