You could probably find another piece of software which does but because apple are a bunch of idiots you have to then add those mp3's to itunes before you can load them on your ipod/iphone.
People should just buy a proper mp3 player that allows you to download from anywhere and drag and drop files straight onto it

Because it's not their business model.

Re: iTunes costs
Same reason you can't buy unlimited movies from your local supermarket for £10 a month.

Even without Dilli's warning, I would have thought that site wasn't legit. For a start, the site does not offer a trial. The legit subscription sites do, if only to get access to your credit cards. What I mean by that is that the theory goes that they ask you to sign up with a credit card for a trial, offering a deal not to charge if you cancel within 30 days. Safe in the knowledge that a lot of people won't bother to cancel.
They also don't list what films etc you gain access to. This would be a major selling point.

Re: iTunes costs
If you want unlimited music for about £10 Spotify is the service for you. It even has an android app. Its a streaming music service with access to millions of tracks. There is a way to save them to disc so you can still playback if there is no web access.
