Moved home - new 12month?

We've recently moved home and taken our V+ XL, 10Mb broadband & phone with us. Apart from some frankly bad CS (including being hung up on) from the Indian call centre immediately after the reinstall, the whole thing went swimmingly.. and the reinstall tech was top-notch.

One quick question - we've had in the post a "welcome to your new services" pack which does make mention of having brought services with you, so doesn't seem to be a generic auto-triggered standard-install-letter. It has a new 12month contract that they've asked for back..which got me thinking..

Has the move & transfer put us back to a minimum 12month term? It's certainly not a problem and I can quite understand it upto a point - but if we're considering TiVo at some stage this year, which is a distinct possibility.. is this likely to be a problem?

Re: Moved home - new 12month?

As you moved house you will automatically get a new account number and a new 12 month contract as account numbers are attached to the property not the person.

TiVo will be an upgrade so should be no issue getting one.
