I can confirm that i have got DEMAND FIVE on catch up here in Barnsley. But what i want to know is the other people who have got DEMAND FIVE did their box reboot at about 8.50 this morning?

Is the NBC/Universal content on VoD or a new channel? I guess a channel would give VM some negotiating power back but then they'd have to set up another subsidiary to run it.

We have had a burst of sales teams from BT (who were very polite and not pushy), Talk Talk (horrible) and Sky (actually I have a feeling they were not directy from Sky but I could be wrong, she talked rubbish though). When they promise you they can save you money ask them exactly how because try as I may unless they give me a particular deal for the duration of the contract, which none of them offered, I cannot see a comparable package for less, they didn't like it when they realised I was clued up on exactly what's on offer. Apart from BT they were quite rude when after a while I 'remembered' I am in a contract until next April! That's what you get for knocking on my door when I didn't ask, I will contact them if I want to like I did with VM.

Playing devils advocate in my experience the VM sales team are no better, I was fed a fair few porkies when I signed up but still glad I did, that's not to say I will stick around if there are better deals though.
