sitecom router

hi
i cleaned around my sitecom wl-143 router an now it wont work it has a very weak signal if any at all.
this is my second router are they reknown for failing as the first one did the same thing after slightly moving it.
i have checked asll the wires reset it moved it to another location but still am getting rubbish signal if any at all.
im convinced i havet damaged anything has anyone else experianced this.

thanks will do, i had a look on there site but couldnt see anything regarding it, just seems very strange that both have died after being moved a little bit, was curious to see if anyone else had experianced the same thing.
