Windows Live mail Signature

Hi guys

I am trying to set up my signature using windows live mail. I have followed all the setup stages from this site http://www.timeatlas.com/email/gener...l_or_live_mail

But still no joy. the text comes out fine but the image just has the outline box and a red cross in it.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
