Problem with Fileserve

I cannot get anywhere with Fileserve as a free user, after waiting for the mandatory 30 seconds, I always have this "You need to wait 600 seconds to start another download.", I have not downloaded a single file from Fileserve, rebooted everything but still the same. So I wrote an email to Fileserver asking for help, this is their reply, "Your IP & ISP is part of the IWF (internet watch foundation). They will "block" access to our site & any other hostings on their list (working through a transparent proxy). Google your IP: 62.30.xxx.xxx

The only way to get around this is to purchase a Premium account."

Anybody else here having problem with Fileserve?
