Coming from Derbyshire, living in Nottinghamshire, my wife being from Essex and having a sister-in-law who lives in Cumbria, I really miss the county new dropdown box. The new way of selecting regional news is horrible.

It is less cluttered but the font size is slightly too big and the excess white space makes it look a little simple.

This is in addition to the borders left because the page is fixed width.

I'm afraid I'm one of the nay-sayers. It's too clean and modern looking and far too much space meaning there is more need to scroll to see all the page.

They really need to try to fit nearly everything needed into a single screen full but I guess with all those wide screens not getting 1200 vertical they don't thinks it's such an issue and "everyone" needs to scroll.
