I know a lot of us save a drive image and also use system restore when things go a little pear shaped, this seems to be a marriage of the two as you can boot into it, unlike system restore.

Comodo Time Machine features a sub-console that can be loaded during system boot up by pressing the 'Home' key. The sub console allows you to perform all operations that are available through the Windows interface – including a system roll back.

I done a system restore and dont know what I done wrong and lost half my files and dont even know if I needed them or not and also windows keep shutting me down saying that they have found a problem. It's gone beyond annoying now

You really don't want to be using this de, no point making a copy of a system that is not running right, all that will do is replicate the errors your getting, can you run a repair of the operating system your using?

All I know is there is a flag down near the clock and it told me that there was a few probs and I needed to do a system restore so I done it. I dont know the first thing about computers and what I should be doing

I dont know how to get rid of the errors as they are there since day one and even at that I dont know where the first place is to look for them. Windows keeps telling me it will send a report of the errors but it never comes back to me and tell me what errors were found

Looks good. Won't install if you have any GPT partitioned HDDs in your machine though. Didn't know I had, but one of the HDDs in my machine has a GPT partitioned disk. Setup does warn you though.

It's a way of writing data to HDDs that can by used by Windows (but isn't, by default) and is used by default when writing data to HDDs by Mac OSX. In fact, OSX has to be installed on an HDD written this way.

Not sure there is any real advantage for me partitioning my HDD this way as the HDD in question is not used for OSX, so I am not sure why I'd do it..

Their AV is crap false positive city and the firewall can be a real pain in the ass but is still a lot better than most. As for this well it does look handy might install it to see if it buggars me up any lol ( anything that adds something to MBR has the capability )

Cant try it it does not support raid controllers ( although my OS isnt on one so may work but aint gonna risk it)

Oh I think thats to advanced for me. I'm just a learner and cant figure why windows told me I had to do a system restore and why windows tell me all the time I have a problem and keeps shuting me down and never tells me where the problem was. It shuts the page down that Im on about 3 or four times a day

so its just internet pages that close? if its IE 8 then thats normal lol

I think though if you are unsure your system is stable then there is little point taking snapshots of it till its fixed

If the system is unstable, the best option might be to take backup copies of any important data, then reinstall windows.

It told me that I had no room in my system as I had done to many back ups but I never backed up anthing. Didn't even know how to do that

Best thing you can do is start a thread saying what happened, what you did and what errors you are seeing. Odds are a repair install would resolve most of the problems.
If windows is spontaneously rebooting without an error then you can check event viewer for issues and also set it to not reboot without showing a blue screen error message. Once you get the error on screen you can write it down and ask what it means.
