27 is Milton Keynes & Westminster, so would rarely have any major network outages, plus VM have no telephony in Milton Keynes.

I voted worse, I am comparing the the old ntl status pages which didnt need info to login (was completely public) and these show less information.

The idea is it's more relevent to your account/service. The old postcode thing was rubbish... postcodes are massive and only a small percentage would have been affected by any fault.

We only used to publish P1 (over 250 customer impact) faults and above, but now if your street cab has gone down and it's a P2, then it will advise you about the fault and the time we hope to have it fixed by.

It all comes direct from the fault ticket and is the live information.
