I unlocked my iphone 3GS on Orange earlier this month and using my 3 sim card, the performance is so much better!

Can someone do me a little favour please  (who has a 3gs / iPod touch 3rd gen).
Can you confirm that iBooks is in the update. If it is can you please tell me if the voice over can read out the book like it can do in the iPad?
This is what I'm after - but on the iPod / iPhone

All the demo's I've seen just show the user dropping an app icon onto another and it creating the folder by itself.
