I have used super before, and I think it rips audio from just about anything including flv, It is tricky to actually get to the download part, but it can be done

Glad I could be of some help.
When I found that site, I thought it was my Birthday, but luckily it wasn't, I didn't want to add another digit to my age

Hopefully it will help others also.

DVD Audio Extractor to get the audio off a dvd and into various formats easily

FLV Extract (http://moitah.net/) for the flv, it will extract the audio from the file without transcoding it

Are you getting confused between ripping audio from a CD and a DVD?

Re: Best way to rip an audio track from a dvd?

Wow glad I had a peep in this thread before starting my own.

I wanted to rip the audio from a MOV video file made on my camera of the anti social behaviour I'm still having to endure. I was about to start a thread then saw the recommendation for Super.

Great prog, did it perfect thanks folks who recommended it!!
