Agreed but gods honest truth I got that email from virgin media as It had a ticket number and a foreign name so was maybe answered in India. I just posted the reply I received.

That would be sad. Some of the content is really good (Mighty Men conference with Angus Buchan in South Africa for one) but some is less so.

Apologies if you thought I was doubting the validity of the email as I certainly wasn't, I just meant that with it being so poorly written it would make me far less likely to believe the content.

I think there is a channel testing because my channel nos have gone from 315 to 316...another HD channel another HD channel please please please.
