Today I havent recieved 1 single email, I have spent hours logging into different accounts to try and find the missing mail, but because I preffer to choose which mail is spam and not a big company who has no interest in my business that means I am cutting off my nose?
I never asked Virgin to police my mail and never expected them to do it.
I decide what is spam and what isnt.
How that is cutting off my nose is beyond me.

Have you tried changing the Spam Filter yet as then all your mail will go to your email client.

I have tried following the instructions on that page but I dont have anywhere to enter
Matches: is:spam

Do this: Never send it to Spam
I can enter who the mail is from, what the subject is but not the criteria listed above

I have left my account with this in place and not single mail has dropped into the spam box so effectively it is closed.

Have just been changed to the new system and I too, along with my brother and other friends in the same position, have had problems

I set up a new filter , in the box 'Has the words:' I put in 'is:spam'. That correckly identified the spam

I then filtered in the next page by labeling it with '[SPAM]' and NOT sending it to the spam folder

Now all my mail comes through, with what VM thinks is spam labled, just like before. OE jist filters it to MY spam folder for me to do as I please

I am not a great lover of Webmail, but, apart form a wee bit of hassle nothing has changed

Thanks to all that pointed me in the right direction
