So again. there's not much chance of being issued an asbo for wearing the odd and unusual clothes unless you're a pervert and wearing them for sexual kicks

ORLY?
I never mentioned the alleged offences or the perverse nature perhaps, just the reasons for the ASBO's coming about (or not in the case of the jeans).
It has however stimulated a lively debate though

For the love of god. Get over the offences, they are *not* the issue of debate, the clothing is.

It would have been easier if you didn't mention them then
FTR I don't think you should get an asbo for wearing what you want. unless you've been given a good reason previously as to why you can't wear it. be that for being a pervert or anything else.

I did not bring the offences in to it
My question was - Should we be allowed to wear what we like? But thanks for your point of view.

We should be allowed to wear what we want. depending on if it genuinely affects others in an acceptable bad way.

Maybe I should send you what I want to say in the debate. and then you can word it for me so it's acceptable to yourself?

Re: Should we be allowed to wear what we like?
I don't agree with the asbo, but similarly I do think there should be limits, I for one would not want to see Frank in a tutu, Paul M in a naughty nurse outfit and Russ as a naughty nun, however, Pia on the other hand.... (using forum members who have actual pics available so that the visual can be appropriately photosh.... err, imagined)

If it's culturally acceptable to walk around with your jeans hanging off your knees Mod Edit :whilst constantly touching yourself up like some pervert, I think it is, yes.

Re: Should we be allowed to wear what we like?
Yet again I have to edit out swearing and inappropriate wording.
Yet again I have to remind CF members that this is a family forum.
Swearing is against the site's T&Cs and any further transgressions may result in an infraction.
