Hi everyone, after hours of hair pulling and searching ive found this site so hoping for some help please
Im trying to sort my Dads email out, all of a sudden it just stopped sending email, he has a blueyonder address and uses outlook 2002.
I understand that Virgin are migrating email to google, ive changed settings in the advanced email - ports etc and SSL but to no avail
when i test the account settings it fails on 'logon to incoming mail server'
does anyone have a walk thro for outlook 2002 and blueyonder settings ?
