update
i have connected modern to pc,website works ok,
i connect router,website dont work,thats the only site i cannot access,
i reset router to default settings,still cant access site,
no firewall settings on router been set,all default
router is belkin F5D8235-4 v2000,
any ideas?

Even going through google and trying a page other than the front page it still times out.
