When you press the "I" button on the remote why does Virgin Media not show the actors or the date that the movie is made in? They stopped showing dates and actors before Christmas and i don't understand why.

The next gen network draws the epg data from a different source to the old one. For some reason this new source doesn't seem to have the same level of information as the old one. I'm guessing it's something they'll improve once the next gen roll out is complete.

All ok on my V+ box. I do sometimes have to press "i" twice before it shows anything. When I press it the first time nothing displays in the box but if I close it then press "i" for a second time all info appears. I believe my area has been done.

Same here with the two presses (well three) to get the info panel to fill.

STOP THE PRESS. It's been fixed, also the VOD search has turned-up! Good work VM.
