If you have been a subscriber for many years, what equipment have you been using to receive the channels that you have been paying for?

Just make sure the Starview is plugged in and set up in full view when the engineer comes round to replace the SA box

I take it you were on the lowest tv pack and the StarView gave you full access to everything? Sports & Movies too.

Well, that party is over... you will have to pay like everyone else I'm afraid..The StarView will be next to useless very soon!

How long has the SA box been unplugged for?

I'd call in and get them to replace the SA box or are you gonna just upgrade to V+ ?
