New Years Resolutions?
How many members of this forum have made resolutions for this year and kept them.
I have no choice in keeping one, my dr has given me tablets to take for the next nine months, so l can't drink booze. , So l have promised my wife to stop watching Tottenham (that is one promise l can't keep).

Move house, save money, stop smoking, eat more healthy, go to the gym, find a better paid job.
These are all mine, so far I have achieved none.

Re: New Years Resolutions?
I resolved to stay off booze for 3 months to give my liver a chance to recover from what was an eventful year.
So far so good -although those pink elephants are becoming a bit of a pain.

Re: New Years Resolutions?
Last year my resolution was to buy a new car and I eventually did so on 31/12/09.
This year I have promised my husband I will retire, he's hoping I don't do it quite so close to the deadline this time.

I did that when I was 12. And it has lasted longer than any others I made.

- To start doing regular weekly running and rollerblading once the snow gets out the way.
- To find a girlfriend that isn't a psycho, crazy, person.
