could not playback a recording

Hi,

I recorded the film Shakespear in love - but could not play it back -
apparently it was part of a Group - what does that mean please - should I have known that I would not be able to play it back before I set it up on instant recording

thanks for your input

Did you get an error code to quote? I'd give the V+ a hard reboot (unplug for 30 seconds and plug back in)

Mine was playing up a bit last week with recordings and that fixed it. HTH
