Re: Pixmania
Yes, bought a £250 camera from them, they're based in France from memory. No problems at all.

Re: Pixmania
I ordered a Sony surround sound system from them at £500 which was a lot cheaper than any other website. It came with a european plug and an adapter for uk. But there were no problems with the unit or the delivery service.

Re: Pixmania
Also purchased various things from them including a printer and a fridge freezer, and no problems with them, though there are various reviews of the company online, and they aren't all favourable. But you pays your money you takes your choice

Re: Pixmania
It's like Ebuyer. They have thousands of customers every day so you are bound to end up reading some negative reviews.
I'm sure there are many happy customers too.

Re: Pixmania
I purchased an HP printer from them many years ago. The front panel is in French and no amount of telephone calls, e-mails, etc. would resolve the matter. There was nothing in the description to say the printer came with a French labels for the buttons.
So, I won't be purchasing from pixmania ever again.

As long as it's a UK unit. I bought a Sony TV online that was originally sold in Holland. When it died (on arrival) I was initially told Tough (apparently the warranty was void because it was in another country from that it was bought in) by Sony and told to contact Sony by the company I bought it from. It took threats of legal action to get either company to act.
