Wireshark
I setup wireshark to monitor my net disconnections and managed to catch it.
How do u copy and paste the part in question from a wireshark file?

If it logs to a normal file then just highlight it, and use copy (CTRL-C/paste CTRL-V)

She means a standard Windows text file, extension .txt or .log

The Wireshark manual may be a good starting point. eg this page talks about copying data to clipboard.
