SNR and AGC for V+ box

Are these levels okay?

SNR: 32.0, 33.0, 33.0
AGR: 2dBmv, 3, 3 (other posts seems to be in the negative; does this even matter?)
Return power 36

for Sky 2.

On the face of it they are fine.

Do you have a fault?

Yep, annoying pixelation, but, yet, not consistent; It will occur then stop and be fine and randomly happen once again, perhaps three or four times during a viewing of a SD channel like Sky 2 (which I tend to watch the most). I just wondered if the levels (above) could indicate an issue.

Re: SNR and AGC for V+ box

The levels were fine at the time you looked. You'd have to check when the pixellation is happening.

Anyway, there's no point in you trying to diagnose it yourself, because even if you found something wrong you wouldn't be able to fix it. Just give the Faults team at VM a call.
