spec me a new laptop

Looking to get a new laptop, require the following (preferably)
Just had a refund on a HP pavilion dvd6-1131ea with a cruddy RM-75 cpu and a dead HDD (well it is now)

15"+ would like 17" tho
dual core or core 2 intel cpu only (dont want AMD)
3gb ram +
Vista premium with upgrade option for W7
card reader not def but would like
dedicated graphics, pref ATI
dont mind buying online but would prefer a hands on play in store.

Plus all the usual lappy stuff, wireless\dvd etc

Absolute max price is £550

TIA

Al

The Acer one looks bob-on, not bothered about a little over, it just stops me spending more than I need to but spec wise tis good

Re: spec me a new laptop

I didnt go for the one linked by Mr Zingle but I did go for another Acer

http://www.trustedreviews.com/laptop...-3in-Laptop/p1

Although it isnt as high a spec as the one linked and it has intel graphics (which I didnt want) it enabled me to get a walkman for my wife.

Aside from the graphics tho (crap for gaming) the HDMI out @ 720p is very good and the machine is a lot faster than the pavilion dv6-1131 that it replaced.

the gfx would have been the one thing that sold the one I linked to to me . Still hope it does what you want it to
