When I try going on your channel it says 'This account is suspended' did you have any copyrighted material?

Oh dear, e-mither them and just tell them to remove the video and re-activate your account. Why they couldn't just delete it I don't know

They can if they

a) Have the legal right to do so (ie the record company or artist themselves), or
b) Don't get caught.

Many people upload music video's that are copyrighted to the record labels and artists. (not me I only favourite them and upload my own created content)

Well once one copyrighted thing is reported they check all your other videos for copyrighted content and have suspended your account because of repeat offences probably
