I have a spare one of these, but no HP laptop. Is there anyway to get it working on an Acer laptop?
Here's an edit upon the original post:
The HP control is one from a DV1665eu, approximately 4 years old. The laptop I want it to work on is an Acer Aspire 5920, which has WinBond CIR drivers currently installed.
