vooservers : all my sites down

hello people their,

iam a vooservers customer with a dedicated server

and from more than an hour all my sites are down and i can not open

my site , server , cleints sites.


and also

vooserver.com

vooclients.com

please can any one help

iam here by google search
found simillar posts here

please help in that if possible , if any one know any thing about that

One of your issues could be that it's actually vooservers.com.....

That said, that site's down as well. It seems to be some sort of DNS issue - I'm not getting any responses for that domain from the lookups.

My vooserver's based hosting seems to be dead as well, can't get to the vooservers website either.

Like Rob says, it's failing at the DNS lookup stage, so could be DNS problems, or a connectivity problem between their network and the outside world.

Hi,
Around 5am we had a fault in a server which caused the power to trip to one of our racks to protect the kit contained within it. This took everything offline for around 2 hours while we located the problem and rectified the issue. Everything should have been back online just after 7am. Please note for out of hours support you can call 08458685142 and select option 3 which will put you through to the on call engineer. I appologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
