Unable to load V/M softwere for the internet I/E:Elthernet Card
Error No/ oo-01.1B0030 on the screen.I am at a loss as i have just received it back from Acer work shop.The state all systems are working ?
Any advice would be helpfull

What VM software are you trying to load? You don't need to load ANY VM software if you are connecting via Ethernet (only if you are connecting via USB)

You shouldn't need to install any VM software to get your ethernet connection to work.

Ensure that the ethernet port on your computer is enabled and set to auto detect the IP. Power everything off computer and modem. Connect ethernet cable between computer and modem.

Power up modem and let settle. Power up computer. You should have a connection

when i click on to internet exployer it comes up on the screen elthernet card error No/ 00-01.1B0030.Whot ever this code means is beyond me
