its reasons like this we need naked dsl in this country. so decent guys like this can use what they need to use and not have to be bothered by extra costs.

BT telephone line rental covers important services such as operator assistance and emergency services. Don't forget BT also has to spend a lot on upgrading the network which passes around 28 to 30 million homes
