BB M has gone up by £2 this month for all customers - there is no additional increase once your speed is increases from BB M 2Mbit to BB M10Mbit after registering online

Hmm i'm in Derby,
Status has changed to in process of scheduling update, was only a few days ago that newsgroup support told me it would be within 2 weeks. I assume the term scheduling is not a good thing???

Just had the Virgin guy round to install the cable modem. First thing is he used a splitter as you guys said he would and CS said he would not (so I moved the furniture for nothing). Second thing is RM12 is live with 10 meg!

Just had our broadband transferred from STB to Modem today in the Brighton area. Once everything was set up and we had finished going through the installation site we were instantly on 10Mb without having to sign up.

So I've been looking at the upgrade timetable and note that Bishop's Stortford is in the first group (SFAIK Harlow comes under the Bishop's Stortford region) and am beginning to wonder why I've not yet been upgraded. Then I look at the heading of this first group - " If you live in one of the regions below you can register to benefit from the upgrade right now:" - and realise it might not mean what I first thought it did:
Does it mean I can benefit from the upgrade right now, or does it only mean that I can register right now? 
Third possibility: Maybe VM have a different idea of the meaning of "right now" than the majority of their customers do?

It means if you register for it now and your area has already been upgraded then you will get it straight away
