Excel Macro - Add rows and change absoloute cell reference

I have inherited a set of workbooks, each with around 30 worksheets. These are linked to other documents by cell reference i.e Cell A1 is linked to $A$7 in another workbook, A2 is linked to $A3, A3 is linked to $A$20 and so on down to around A100.

Now someone has decided to add two additional rows to the source document. My question is... Is it possible from line 37 downwards to get all the cell references to move on 2, without affecting anything before it. i.e $A$10 goes to $A$12, $A$20 to $A$22 etc? And if I can, then get it to do the same on all worksheets?

Any help or pointing in the right direction would be much appreciated.

Many thanks

Abs
