since buying a new pc from pcspecialists.co.uk at christmas i have been trying to get them to deal with a problem with the dvd/cd drive .
today i have received the fixed version of said faulty pc.
their statement as to fault was "the blu ray dvd/cd player was incompatible with the mother board". doesnt exactly fill you with confidence does it .
no cuz they filling you full of poop although I have heard there is compat issues with blu ray roms. So the rom is different to the original then? have you made sure it still fills the spec you paid for
