Re: V+ Box

You will probably have to get Virgin to send a 'Refresh' signal to make sure it shows all the channels it should

Re: V+ Box

I have a second normal V box that I leave off for a week, and it forgets the channels.

Now that I have Sky I have the free TV service from Virgin, and have put my V+ upstairs. I sometimes leave that off for a week (turn it off Sunday, back on on Saturday), and this has the opposite problem.

I used to have the XL service, but now I have the free service. However, the box has remembered the channels that I used to have, even after being powered down for a week.

I have told VM about this, but the box has not refreshed. I'm staying away from TV choice in case I get billed though.
