going back to virgin

I been with sky internet for the last year or so but because of all the problems we've had moving it to our new house we have decided to go back to virgin internet so my question is how much has it changed between when I last had it back in 2007 and now

Where do you live?
From where I'm sitting the speed has increased free of charge and is as rock solid as ever. Some parts of the country aren't so lucky.
