BBC HD. another failed recording

Natures Great Events which I have as a series recording failed last night. What a pain!

I attempted to record Mitchell and Webb on the 16th, which failled. First time I've had that happen and assumed i must have been recording two programmes already.

If you have series links, it doesn't always refuse to record the third programme because the series link programmes with which it clashes may not have 'linked' at that point, if you get my meaning. It is only when those links go red that the system realises there is a clash.

Yes, you're right, hansi, there is a notice on your V+ screen warning you that those programmes marked 'i' will not record. However, it is easy to miss this warning. The writing is large enough but if you are just pressing the buttons quickly, it is easy not to notice.
