Transfer to iPod without iTunes
Is it possible to transfer music onto an iPod Nano without iTunes?
If so, how would i do this?

Ephpod used to be good, but hasn't been updated recently, and I don't think is compatible with newer iPods (such as Nanos).
Anapod Explorer isn't free, but is an extension to explorer that enables you to control the ipod. It also has a web server so you can access your ipod over the web.

I know this is quite a big bump, but does anyone know of any software that works with a Nano? iTunes doesn't seem to want to sync the videos I have on my laptop to my iPod...

Are they in the correct mp4 format? and have you got the correct setting ticked in the video sync screen?
