teeside channel frequeny

im after the channel frequency for the teeside region.... my bro is at uni there and box wont boot up..... maybe frequency is wrong

If Virgin Media equipment isn't working the easiest thing to do is phone them and let them sort out the problem. Thats what you pay for.

If, on the other hand, the service isn't being paid for you won't get any help here.

You never need to set the frequency. The box just works it out for itself.

He should check the cables are connected properly. If they are, he should get on the phone to VM.

no my brother has a box left there from last year... he plugged it in without the cable connected so the frequency has chanegd to something random... any ides... just so he can get 1-5 rreally

If he isn't paying for the service, then he can't use the box

If he is paying for the service, Virgin will fix it

So either way, you don't need the frequency

Box is shut down. Not going to work. He is wasting his time. Box is, in a nut shell, blacklisted from the network. Since you say he has left it there from last year, Its more than likely set to Lost/Stolen and is useless. Depending on the box, makes a nice footstool :P
