Elsemere Port / BT Chester / Walsall

Hi,

Anybody here in the north west area? We have a customer down at the moment with LL (fibre) and ADSL (copper) issues - both been disconnected.

Wondered if any cables around the area had been cut as both cables would probably run in the same pipe.

Anyone?

Cheers

Lee

Cheers!

Anything on the local news about cables being dug up? That's my suspicion - could be wrong though!

Ellesmere Port and Chester are close to each other, but Walsall is nowhere near. I doubt you have the same single problem there.

sorry it's late, just got back. well nothing seems to be up with her parents bb or phone, so i don't know what the issue could be.

wouldn't the isp/bt have a log of any faults in the area - esp if it's cable related?
