But you fail to mention you are only a contractor for VM working in a specific area, to which you have nothing to do with anything else, so one has to wonder how you get the info

He is talking about upstream bonding trials that are being rolled and to be rolled out late 09/early 2010.
I mentioned this a few months ago i believe, though i cant remember which thread.
