Seeing as their Engineering Director is Linus Upson, I'm most disappointed that a Linux version lags behind the Windows release. 
The comic makes such a big deal about it being open source as well...

It better be much better than the rest as otherwise I see no reason to leave Firefox, and all it's excellent plugin's.
CCleaner let's you have an exception list where you choose which cookies are left untouched when you run the cleaner.
If you wish you can set Firefox to clear all private data when you quit.
