Is this Survey Genuine
Hi all hope i've posted in the right section. I looked and can see no other discussion on this topic so......
I'm normaly very aware when dealing with dodgy email etc
However I received this survey last Thursday & caught off guard replied without thought as it had the Virgin Logo etc and now i'm beginning to think it was a scam as it hardly asked any questions. On the first page there were two questions. Then when you click on the next page tab thinking there were more questions it just said thanks or something like that.
So is it genuine or a scam....and if a scam what is the payload??????
Thanks in advance, hear is the email, i've removed the email address from it
Hi XXXX XXXXXXXX
Thanks for getting in touch with our team recently about your Virgin Media service. We hope things are now sorted out for you.
In fact, that's what we're writing about. At Virgin Media, we want to make sure we give you the best customer service out there. So we'd really like to find out how things went for you when we dealt with your issue.
We've put together a few quick questions about how things went, and we'd really appreciate it if you'd take the time to let us know your thoughts. It shouldn't take longer than around one minute to complete.
By finding out exactly how things went for you, we'll be able to understand the things we're getting right, and if there's anything you'd like us to do better. And we promise to use your feedback to make improvements where we can.
If you'd like to take part in our survey, just click the web address below. Or you can simply cut and paste the entire web address into the web address box of your internet browser.
"email addy to click on was here"
Thanks very much in advance for your help.
Yours sincerely,
The whole team at Virgin Media
** An important note**
If you don't want to take part, and would like us to remove your details from future surveys and survey correspondence, please reply to this email with the word REMOVE in the subject line.
And just so you know, this email is unique to you. So please don't pass this email to others as they won't be able to answer the questions, and we won't see their feedback.

Hi Stan.
I recently added a package to my TV, and got the same email. I checked with customer service just to be on the safe side, and they said it was something to do with net promotion system or score, something like that.
I thought it was odd too as they asked me for my email address when I upgraded. NEway, I filled it out, there was nothing personal in there, only stuff to do with what I thought about the call I made to get my package upgraded.

The Virgin Media team would like to hear your feedback?
Has anyone else had an email from Virgin Media entitled "The Virgin Media team would like to hear your feedback"? inviting them to take part in a survey?
I just want to check it's legit before filling it in!

I have merged your thread with another thread asking the same question, if you could use the search function before hand it would be useful

Re: The Virgin Media team would like to hear your feedback?
I had spotted the other thread, however I hadn't contacted customer support beforehand, the email is worded differently and by the sounds of it so is the survey; mine was 7 pages long but Stan the Man's sounds much shorter.
Therefore I thought it wise to start a new thread.
