Hey guys, after 3 and a half months and endless phone calls, letters and emails to Redten I have finally found a way of getting my MAC code from Redten. If anyone needs help please contact me on redtenhelp@hotmail.co.uk and i will be more then happy to help anyone as i know have a good knowledge of the systems and legislation surrounding the circumstances of Redten. I hope the admin guys dont mind my email address being up here but it really is to help people. i will also of course answer questions below. Thanks!

I can see an old thread That suggested the deal offered by that company may be too good to be true. A quick suggests that Red Ten have had a few issues recently
