Need some advice

Back in dec 07 we decided to leave vm due to bills not being correct and bad bb. Two days later we get a call off vm offering everything for £60.00 per month ( phone , tv xl , all movies and xl bb ), this we took up and the person i spoke to said it will get better? Since the introduction of the new billing system we have not had a correct bill and resulted in our service being turned off. After a call to vm today i am pleased to say the billing issue has been solved, so we got our services back. I did have a problem with the bb and was transfered to tech help. Again spoke to a more than helpful person who telephoned me this evening to make sure everything was ok. But he told me that we were not able to get everything for £60.00 per month and to phone billing or sale tomorrow. This was a new 12 month contract ( as far as i am aware) back in dec 07. Can Vm change the price of this contract ( other than the increase to all services in june ) and again if i am not happy with the price they quote tomorrow would this be breach of contract on there behalf and result in me giving them 30 days notice.

Re: Need some advice

As it tied you into a new 12 month contract, Virgin have to honour it or allow you to disconnect without penalty.

You will need to speak to 150 Option 2 Option 2. They are Customer Relations who are the ones that offered you the price in the first place and will be able to resolve it

Billing and Sales can only deal with standard prices, not any special deals that may have been agreed

Re: Need some advice

Just thought i let you know how i got on with vm today. Spoke to a very helpful lady again, they have honoured the price quoted for 6 months . That will take us upto Dec when the 12 month contract expires.
