Thunderbird email client

Hi all

Just about to set up thunderbird to use this as my email client.
I need to know what the incoming and coutgoing server adresses are please?

Telewest settings: pop3.blueyonder.co.uk
smtp.blueyonder.co.uk

NTL settings: pop.ntlworld.com
smtp.ntlworld.com
