Re: Virgin 4Mb to upgrade to 10Mb February - Summer
I was talking to retentions last night about issues other than broadband, and I was told that the Baguley area (Birkenhead, Macclesfield Runcorn and Stoke) was not scheduled until at least the end of June for upgrading.
Seems this thing is going to last a lot longer than some people imagined.

Restarted your modem? My modem's saying 10 to me (not that I'm getting that speed though).

That seems just about par for the course. With our luck virgin will keep putting the relief work off on the Baguley server until after the children go back to school in September and I doubt that they will do any upgrading for us until the server can handle the increased demands.

Re: Virgin 4Mb to upgrade to 10Mb February - Summer
I know this question my have been raised on one of the other 'couple' of pages on this thread :-P does anyone know how VM choose the roll out order? Im connected via Leeds/Harrogate - We were one of the last to get the 4mb upgrades last time around. I'm guessing chances are this will be the same again this time around?

Bradford and Sheffield area TBC
