I'm currently alternating between the amiga version if elite 2 and the archmides version if elite
Going to reinstall elite the new kind tomorrow
And I've got oolite on my Linux box too.

I like the fact that in Single player mode, when you miss a shot or make a sub etc, you can see the managers.

Well it's just the usual really with a bit more spit and polish. As always you can spend hours preparing things before you even kick a ball: there's a lot of detail in he training, tactics and searching for the right players, even moreso than previous versions of the game. Once you get into it though it sucks you in and its quite difficult to put down.

That's a no brainer then and I will be buying this! Looks like I am going to have no social life for a while, what with GTA IV coming out as well.
