Impressed with Virgin

I've finally got my V+ hooked up to my HD LCD TV and am getting a great picture, it's only 1080i but the picture is still fantastic even on upscaled SD like Eurosport.

Am only on TV M and went through the TV on Demand and was surprised to see I am subscribed to this for free too and can even watch Band of Brothers and Sopranos in HD for free Very impressed with that as I thought on my package I had to pay for the On Demand stuff so so far a job very well done.

My interactive doesn't work yet so not 100 % there but all in all i'm a happy customer.

Re: Impressed with Virgin

I'd keep quite about the VOD as it's only supposed to be free for XL customers. The VOD is well worth the money though. Between that and the V+ I seldom watch live TV. I think VOD is the future of TV. Apart from live sports events why should anybody have to watch a prerecorded TV program at the scheduled time.

Re: Impressed with Virgin

didn't know it wasn't free I assumed I was either on an introduction offer or they had change the structure. Will check my bill at the end of the month to make sure they haven't charged me for it.

He didn't say that. Read the piece again - those aren't his words, they're the reporter's.
