I bypassed my Netgear router, yes.

It's fixed now. Rang retentions and the nice Scottish chap look my modem off the network then allowed it back on again. Sorted. 4mb back.

It wouldn’t surprise me if they now limit the speed on the UBR too, not that they use the STM. This would stop people from uncapping their modem and downloading the internet

You have the same problems as me, except I used to have 4 meg speeds 3 months ago but now i only get 2 meg.

I upgraded to 4 meg about 6 months ago now though.
