20MB service in GU15/16 - OK ?

VM sent me a brochure with an offer which includes broadband XL for what looks like a very good price. Just wanted to check before I leapt in, as I've seen reports of people who have had problems after upgrading.
Is there anybody in the Guildford / Aldershot / Farnborough area who can tell me what their 20MB service is like ? Thanks in advance for any comments.

For what it's worth, the 20mb package in GU14 is perfect.. never have any problems speed wise.. Dns is a different matter but easily recitified with opendns.com

I'm in GU1 and I reckon I get about 15-16mb/s as an average.

I'm an Aldershot user in GU12 on 20 meg and other than the odd hiccup the service is pretty damn excellent.
